MEET LAURA

A skilled and adventurous actress born and raised in Greenwich Village, Laura believes the world needs Art now more than ever.

An advocate for social change and the climate crisis, she is always searching. Growing up in a family with Holocaust roots inspired insight and challenges, and created a desire to explore stories of resilience and responsibility. Collaborating, discovering, telling stories, and inspiring people to ask questions and search deeply is her treasured pursuit.

Laura loves to travel the world and has discovered, when she is not in a rehearsal room, on stage, in front of a camera, or in class, she is happiest spending time with her family and outside walking…exploring and replenishing.

She has appeared On and Off  Broadway at The Brooks Atkinson Theater, Manhattan Theater Club, The Public Theater, Shakespeare in the Park, and Playwrights Horizons HB Playwrights (select credits). Laura made her Broadway debut playing  Eli Wallach's daughter in Cafe Crown after being given her start by Joseph Papp. Regional credits include Baltimore’s Center Stage, Alliance Theater Company, NY Stage and Film Powerhouse Theater, NJ Shakespeare, George Street, and Williamstown.

Onscreen, she has appeared in Guest Star roles on TV in New Amsterdam, Gypsy, The Following, Law and Order, Special Victims Unit, Criminal Intent, When I Grow Up (Pilot), and Featured and Supporting roles in the films It Had To Be You, Everything is Ordinary, The Ride Home, and Wayward Son.

She received her Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the NYU Graduate Acting Program and is a member of The Actors Center. Laura is a private acting coach based in NYC.
